Roy – Accountmanager

I started my adventure with Detail4Retail in 2020 and went to work in Flanders (Belgium) to recruit new customers. After the acquisition of the other companies, I was able to hit the road with an increasingly larger and broader portfolio of local marketing concepts. We now have many active shops in Belgium where we run various campaigns. Many customers now believe in the story of Touch Local Loyalty, but the trick is to keep finding the right concepts for the right customers. That’s why it’s so much fun to talk to customers to find out what’s going on locally. Are they planning to renovate, will they still be around in 10 years or will a competitor move in? We work with our clients to create a local marketing plan to help them become the best in the region. A lot is possible at Touch Local Loyalty, and if you come up with proactive ideas yourself, you also have the opportunity to develop them. In addition, there are numerous existing concepts that have been working successfully for years.

Tjeu – Financial Administrator

I started as an intern at Detail4Retail in February 2021 and after obtaining my diploma, I was able to start working as a financial administrator. I deal with the entire financial picture of all entities that fall under Touch Local Loyalty on a daily basis. From processing purchase invoices to analysing figures, the diversity of my work is great.

A young group, short lines of communication and a strong sense of responsibility contribute to this pleasant workplace. Everyone is working every day to take this company to the next level, and it’s fantastic to be able to do my part. But of course, life is not all about work, so I will always make sure there is enough money for a party!

Tom – Internal Commercial Manager

I have been part of Touch Local Loyalty party since September 2021. From our office in Tilburg, I make sure that everything runs smoothly within the commercial office. No two working days are the same!

As Internal Commercial Manager, I strengthen the sales department in administrative and commercial areas. My responsibilities include drawing up quotations, optimising administrative processes and conducting work meetings. I also inform and support the Account Managers and I am in contact with customers and internal departments such as Concept Development, Design and Marketing. I strive to optimise the customer experience by making the collaboration within TLL not only more efficient, but also more fun.

The dynamics of my role and the collaboration with colleagues give me energy and make working at TLL fun and challenging every day!
